Shaft Alignment
Laser Shaft Alignment for any rotating equipment specializing in Pump, Agiatators, and gearboxes.
Pump PM / Coupling PM
Providing Full PM for Pump and motor. PM includes Lift checks, thrust checks, shaft runout checks, laser alignment verification, and coupling pm. Checks are for both motor and pump/rotating equipment.
Pump Install & Removal
Full pump or motor replacement service will include pump/motor full pm, coupling inspection, laser alignment will be included. On Pump replacement the impeller will be inspected and the pump casing will also be inspected
Day / Annual Outage Work
Will provide Day outage support for customer. will include x amount of guys for x amount of ours on mill site to assist customer on work that needs to be completed in a days time.
